Can we store luggage underneath the beds?

I think I've read somewhere that you can. Can someone verify this?

Or does the luggage take up space in the closet?

Yes, even our huge 30" on wheels that is very deep fits nicely under the bed. You shouldn't have any problem.

Yes, there is enough room under there for even the biggest bags. We take a large size garbage bag and stash our dirty laundry inside a suitcase to save room. If you do it neatly enough you are partially packed for disembarkation!!

On all our trips save one, we have been able to get the bags under the beds.

In the one case we couldn't, the steward put it in one of his lockers, and returned it when it was time to pack.
