specialty restaurant reservations

Hi,

First time cruising - Crown Princess. Wondering about when and how you make reservations at the specialty restaurants (Sabatini's, Crown Grill). Can we make these reservations now, before the cruise, or do you have to wait till you're on board?

 

Also, how about the "ultimate balcony dining" - same questions.

You have to be onboard to make reservations for specialty restaurants on Princess ships. When you get to your cabin, push the "Dine" button on your phone.
