G&TQ Posted February 2, 2011 #1 Share Posted February 2, 2011 I paid off our cruise last month, then got an email subject line "Get your cruise documents today." No documents. I had already completed my online check in but docs are still not issued. I thought it must be a mistake since I got the email. Called the number on the email. Rep instructed me to go to thier web site and I told her I was logged into my cruise. She said no I need you to go to our website. then she directs me to online check in. I told I had already completed it. She then asked what I called for..... Any she was no help apprently "not many people get the edocs. Not to worry they were not important". So now I come to the experts. How do I get them and where do I get luggage tags or do I just make copies of the one on my set sail card? By the way I am a little OCD but I have alot of traveling in the next 8 weeks or so and would like to complete as much as I can now. Thanks! Your luggage tags and EDocs will be available 30-45 days before your cruise
