Two ships docked in Labadee

I noticed that once or twice a month there are two ships docked in Labadee. (the Explorer of the Seas and the Navigator of the Seas).

 

I was wondering how stressed is the infrastructure of Labadee when both ships are in port?

 

I seems like they are doubling the popolation by having two ships there at once?

I would imagine it would be about the same "population" as when Oasis is there!

the Oasis has a passenger load of 5500, these two ships combine to over 7400
