Eurodam - Best nights for specialty restarants

Does anyone have a copy of the menus from the main dining rooms on the Eurodam? Want to make reservations at a couple of the specialty restaurants and not sure which nights would be best..

We find the menus are changing more often lately than ever before in our HAL experience. Menus they are serving now could well be substantially changed in short order.

 

We sailed Eurodam five cruises in about a year and a half and there were plenty of menu changes.
