Early cancellation refund

The terms and conditions on the Disney website isn't clear about refunds more than 74 days before sailing. Can anyone clarify - if I book now for Dec 10 , 2011, can I get my deposit back if necessary prior to Sept 10? Or is there another timeframe?

from what I can tell, you wont get your deposit back ... because I've been searching for the same thing :(

I booked the 12/18/11 cruise today and was told by my TA that Disney does not have cancellation penalties before final payment and we can get our deposit back if we have to cancel...

Hi,

 

We had to cancel a cruise about 3 months after booking and we got a full refund. we cancelled about 6 months before we sailed. Hope this helps!
