How late are the Bay Street stores open?

We are wondering how much shopping time we will have while in Nassau on a Wednesday in September. Can't miss the Rum Cake Factory, in particular! ;)

I love rum cake. But this is the first I've heard of a factory in Nassau. I thought it was in Grand Cayman. That's the Tortuga Rum Cake Factory. Is there one in Nassau too?

I've emailed them to ask the Bay Street's store hours, but haven't received a reply yet. When I do, I'll post it here. :) We've never had this cake before. It sounds excellent! Does anyone have a favorite flavor?

After I posted this thread, I found the Bahama Rum Cake Factory sight. I'm excited that I'm going to be able to buy some Rum Cake while we're in Nassau later this month. It is so yummy. There are only 3 flavors at the one in Nassau, so I'll probably go with the original as I think I will like it better than the other two options.

 

Maybe they'll have some free samples. In one of the shops in Grand Cayman, they have free samples of all their flavors and they have tons of them. You help yourself too. I must have had 20 bites of rum cake at this place. It was heaven.
