Izumi for lunch?

I can't find a straight answer, and I'm hoping a recent Allure cruiser can help me -- Is Izumi open for lunch?

 

On the website in the pre-cruise planner, it says Izumi is only open for dinner, but my SIL found another webpage that says it is open for lunch. I just did a search here on CC, and even the posters here have different answers. Maybe it's open for lunch on Oasis but not Allure? I just called RCCL and was told "Hours vary but I think they are open for lunch."

 

I'm making our specialty dining reservations and would prefer Izumi for lunch if possible, but if not, I definitely want to go ahead and reserve it for dinner.

Looking at some recent Allure compasses that were posted, it looks like Izumi is open for lunch on sea days only.

Maybe I wasn't clear. I saw recent Allure cruise compasses that someone had posted. Each day they list the restaurants that are open and hours for each meal. I took note that Izumi was listed as being open for lunch on sea days because I also wanted to have lunch there. Hope that is more helpful.
