Carnival Victory from Barbados

The Carnival Victory Southern Caribbean cruise starts and ends in San Juan in Puerto Rico, however it is possible to join when the ship calls at Barbados and do the cruise Barbados to Barbados.

 

As this is just a port day for the cruise and not the start day we are not sure what time we will be allowed to board the ship, when we can access our cabin, whether we can go back off the ship during the day and whether or not there will be a muster call for all new cruisers before we leave Barbados.

 

Could anyone who has done this cruise advise what the position is prior to the ship leaving Barbados.

We will be doing this cruise from barbados as well. we are going with virgin cruise and we hope that they will do all transfars from hotel to cruise. we are going at easter. what hotel did you stay in?

We are also going with Virgin but we have tailored our trip a bit.

 

We have 3 days at the Escape at the Gap prior to the cruise and we will be having a further 4 days once we get back to Barbados but that hotel has not been booked yet. We are AI prior to the cruise but probably R/O or B+B when we get back so we can go out and tour the island by car.

We're also doing the Barbados stay and Victory cruise in November with Virgin. We were wondering what time we'd have to be off the ship at debarkation and what to do until the flight leaves in the evening.
