emtstacey76 Posted February 19, 2011 #1 Share Posted February 19, 2011 Ok so I read somewhere that if you get a room for one day/night at the comfort inn across from atlantis that you get 4 day passes to atlantis for the day? Claiming it's cheaper than getting the day pass? Any ideas? tips? I don't mind paying for a room if it's cheaper than the $170 pp that carnival wants for the day there. emtstacey76 Posted February 19, 2011 Author #2 Share Posted February 19, 2011 I have also read that you can get a pass for $110pp? Where is that? I don't mind paying $370 for the room really because if I did the carnival one it would be $510 for 3 people. Also the room is for 4 and if my son finds a friend on the ship I wouldn't mind taking him for the day if the parents won't going! So if anyone has boys around 14 going please contact me, maybe my son and them can hook up now and get to know each other!
The Danki Duo Posted February 20, 2011 #3 Share Posted February 20, 2011 I have no idea what the answer is, but just a suggestion... We're going to Atlantia next week. I also don't want to pay Carnival's prices, so I went to Atlantis' website and you can buy package deals directly with them. We're planning on taking the $4 taxi ride to there and paying Atlantis for just the things/sights we want, because I don't want to be stuck on some tour of something I'm not interested in when what I really want to do is head to the casino. So check out their website and also get with Comfort Inn and see about that room/4 pass deal (it might not be a current deal).
ATL2LAS Posted February 20, 2011 #4 Share Posted February 20, 2011 Depending on when you are going, I looked at priceline and a room at the comfort suites is 226.00+tax. Thats going to alot cheaper than any package the lines can offer for a family of
suezyq50 Posted February 21, 2011 #5 Share Posted February 21, 2011 We have always found it cheaper to book a room at Atlantis or Comfort Suites. In addition to the room rate, there is a cleaning fee, tax, possibly more, but still cheaper.

cb at sea Posted February 21, 2011 #7 Share Posted February 21, 2011 You don't have to pay to walk around the hotel, eat in the restaurants, shop in the shops or gamble in the casino..well, you'll have to gamble money, but no admittance fee! You only pay for the pool/beach area, and aquarium.
