I am a new member to cruise critic but have taken 11 cruises on different

cruise lines. My wife and I are going on the Celebrity Millennium, departing San Juan on 28 March to the Southern Caribbean. Ports of Call are St Croix, St Kitts, Dominica, St Lucia, Barbados, Grenada, Curacao and Aruba. Does anyone have suggestions for tours, etc. at any of these Ports. Am interested in the Zip Line in Barbados, but don't know how good it is. Any info will be appreciated.

Welcome to Cruise Critic.

A suggestion for the future, put something in the subject for posts. More people will read it and respond.

You should checkout the Roll Call section of these boards. That is the place to meet others sailing with you. There may be people planning private tours and looking for people to join them. To join, Click Boards at the top of this page, Scroll down to Roll Calls, click on your cruise line, Click on your ship. Find the thread for your sailing.

Also, on the boards list further down is the Port of Call section which could help you plan tours

Welcome to CC.

St. Kitts go to the Fort. It's amazing! We toured with Mrs. Wallace but I don't know how to get in touch with her. Somebody else made the arrangements.

In St. Lucia -- land & sea to the Pitons -- best excursion ever but it takes every second you are in port. There's a drive-in volcano; I'm serious. Be careful with the times; we booked through the cruise line for this reason.

In Greneda take Mandoo's tour. Fabulous!

In Dominica we did the canopy adventure which is NOT just ziplining. It's a Marine boot camp worthy obstacle course in the tree tops. Do not book this if you are only interested in sitting & sliding.

In Barbados we went to the Boatyard which reminded me of MTV's Spring Break. I understand the swim with the turtles tours are great.
