Upgrades

Hello its my first time posting on cc and its my first time on a cruise as well. My wife and my son and myself are leaving next week on the NCL Gem heading to the bahamas and we booked a balcony on deck 10. We really wanted a suite but they were a little pricey for my taste. So I was just wondering if the cruise line dosn't book all the rooms at the time of departure, do the offer upgrades for a discounted price?

Upgrades for next week would almost certainly have been completed by now. When available, balcony cabins are typically offered upgrades to mini-suites....not worth a whole lot.

Did you book direct with N.C.L.

If you did ask your P.C.C. to ask the reaccommodation desk if there is any thing open.

N.C.L.'s desk can not help in that case you will have to see if your T.A. can do anything. Sorry
