Price Drops and OBC

Anyone else have any luck getting price drops after you paid in full? My TA just keeps telling me I was denied. Getting frustrated, as I keep reading posts about people getting OBCs..:confused:

If you didnt book ES then no they dont give OBC. What rate did you book, thats the key.

What reason has been given? I would request a copy of the email notification.

I compared prices today, called and we are getting a $370 CC refund! OMG $370! She said she couldn't do OBC for some reason. Hang in there and keep trying! I have never had this luck!

Did you pay in full before the full payment due date? If yes that is why the credit card refund.
