Cork/Cobh tour operators???

Recommended Posts

train to Cork takes about 30 minutes with irishrail.ie, twenty minutes walk to the bus station and bus to Blarney another 30 minutes. Its do-able but depends on your shore time.

Not much in Cobh except the very interesting Queenstown story interpretive centre, focusing on the first. last and only voyage of the Titanic!

We also had the same problem last year i.e. all seats sold out.

However, if you click through on the link to the tour that you desire, (from webpage http://www.ecoach.ie/blarney_bus_tour_list.php ), select the number of seats that you want and click 'Next Step', and if the tour is full, you are then given the opportunity to click on a link which says 'Click here to let us know you need seats'. When you use this link, you are able to register an interest in additional seats.

If enough people do this, they will definitely run an extra bus. They will let you know once they have reached an acceptable number. (This worked for us, and we had a great tour - highly recommended!!!)

Butlers has recently added new seats for the Cobh/Kinsale/Blarney tour. Try again. If they're sold out again, ask to be put on a waitlist. We did, and it only took one day for new seats to be added.
