Tralynn Posted March 9, 2011 #27 Share Posted March 9, 2011 Gosh, that's a hard one: Curacao: Been there three times. Beautiful, colorful city. Love to walk around town and look at the buildings. Very Dutch. Bonaire: Best snorkeling I've ever experienced....EVER! Simply amazing. Dominica: So lush with gorgeous waterfalls and rainforests. St. John (travel from St. Thomas): Most beautiful secluded beaches. All favorites for the different reasons I've stated. I haven't really come across an island I don't love yet. It was hard to just narrow it down to these four!
Putterdude Posted March 9, 2011 #28 Share Posted March 9, 2011 I don't even have to think about it...Barbados. Lovely beaches, nice people, great scenery, clean and very British...to me it is a place that I would be very comfortable living in. One of my golf partners in British Columbia lived there for a number of years running a foreign bank and he misses it terribly.
