LimeNoSalt Posted March 5, 2005 #1 Share Posted March 5, 2005 We will be staying in Ft.Lauderdale after our March cruise, and I was looking for information on the water taxi. If anyone has any web sites that would tell where the taxi makes it stops and pick ups that would be helpful. Their own web site isn't too clear to me on this. Thanks for any help in advance:)

Rare Lois R Posted March 5, 2005 #3 Share Posted March 5, 2005 Hi:) Not sure what site you looked at but try this one and click on Ft. Lauderdale: www.watertaxi.com It stops at the Marriott Marina, Hyatt Pier 66, Las Olas Blvd, and goes north up the Intercoastal all the way to Shooters and back. There are 2 of them, A and B depending on where you want to go. You can buy a 5.00 all day pass. Hope this helps.
TrentS Posted March 5, 2005 #4 Share Posted March 5, 2005 Specifically this part of their website... http://www.watertaxi.com/FortLauderdale/FLLMap.Asp It includes not only a list of where they stop, but a map as well... Couldn't be any easier.
LimeNoSalt Posted March 6, 2005 Author #5 Share Posted March 6, 2005 Do you have to tell them to stop? Or do they just make these stops all the time and you can just get off as you please?
Rare Lois R Posted March 6, 2005 #6 Share Posted March 6, 2005 Hi, you don't have to tell them anything. They have stops they make. They will tell you where you are getting off and where to pick it back up. They are on a schedule. All day long. They also have one of the employees giving you a narration of the area. The most reasonable thing is a 5.00 pass...it is good for the whole day.
