Confused about Carnival ticket contract

Hi everyone. I'm going on a cruise for the first time in a few weeks and this question may seem very silly but while I reading the ticket contract, I noticed that in section 4 it says "No tools of trade, household goods, presents and/or property of others, jewelry, money, cameras, documents...shall be carried except under and subject to the terms of a special written contract or Bill of Lading entered into with Carnival prior to embarkation upon application of the Guest."

Is this saying that I can't bring a camera? Or that I need to fill out some additional paperwork?

Thanks!

It means you cannot use the cruise ship as a means for transporting those items for selling in another country.

Basically it means: just take your OWN stuff and you'll be OK. Don't read into it too much. Enjoy!

No, it means you cannot sell anything on the ship, cannot transport items to be sold on the islands, cannot bring a camera onboard for taking professional photos and charging for them.

Notice it says "tools of trade".

There was a gal on the Fascination several years back who parked herself on Lido deck and tried to sell pot holders she had made.....stuff like that...
