Free shuttle from Port Canaveral to Cocoa Beach by Radisson

My DD is leaving tomorrow on the Pride out of Baltimore. They will be stopping in Port Canaveral. I'm putting together directions for the girls for all of their ports since they are doing excursions on their own to save money. I've read that there's a free shuttle by the Radission with these directions. Can anyone hop on that shuttle if they are not staying at the hotel?

"When you get off the ship keep going right past all the shuttles and look for the Radisson shuttle. It's free and the beach you're taken to sounds nice with chair and umbrella rentals."

Is this beach near Ron Jon's if my daughter decides to take a surfing lesson or the Cocoa Beach Pier that I've been reading about?

Thanks!

This is indeed a totally free shuttle and it stops right next door to Ron Jons. Anyone can use it, you don't need to be a guest of the hotel. There's also a very clean public washroom right at the drop off point and it's a short walk to the beach. Hope you can still somehow get this info to your DD.

It's continuous. I don't remember if it was every hour or half hour but it did run on time.

They have 3 or 4 shuttles and they go back and forth. There is a specil place they let you out and another place they pick up next to ships.:)

The free bus goes to Cocoa Beach Surf Company. It's easy to find coming out of the terminal. Cocoa Beach Surf Company is a pretty nice place to visit. It's a huge surf shop probably as big as Ron Jons but it has a Starbucks, a nice restaurant and a VERY COOL aquarium with SHARKS. You obviously can't beat the deal, and it's close to everything, a block from the beach.

Is this still the case? My husband and I sail on Carnival Pride this coming weekend and will be in Port Canaveral next Monday - don't want to spend money on a shuttle if there's one available for free!

Please let me know if this free shuttle is still available. I will be there the first week of March on the Pride and would love to use the free shuttle.

Thanks!

No tried this last week on Explorer of the Seas. There's is a shuttle...but it's certainly NOT free. $12pp round trip. The cruise line charged $15 to go to basically the same place.

Was this the Radisson shuttle? I know there are many shuttles outside the terminal, but the Radisson one was always way down the end and free. I'm coming in on the 5th of May and I was hoping it was still there.
