Anything happen for Halloween??

Hello!! Gonna be on the Destiny, departing on Halloween. Should I expect anything "Halloweeny" (that's a word, right??) to happen that day/night on the ship?? Just wondering if i'll need to pack the kids costumes.

yes they are halloween events like trick n treet and other related events

yes the kids went trick or treating...pack those costumes! That is one of my daughter's fondest memories

We have been on cruises the past 4 holloweens on different cruise lines and there is always lots of costumes, adult and children and always a party on deck.

Don't just pack the kids costumes, pack the adults too :D Halloween cruises are a lot of fun for all.

We sailed on Fascination OCT 21- 25th and there was a costume party one night with prizes and also these ghostly desserts in the MDR the same night..

Thanks for the replies! This will make it much easier for me to "sell" the fact the kids will miss trick or treating here. (where we end up normally freezing our butts off...)

 

It sure will be a cool way to spend our first night on the boat! :D
