Yes just go to guest services on the last day and pay it off with the travelers checks (or cash)

If the casino has been kind to me, I pay off my room bill the afternoon of the last day (Not at night to avoid the line.)

 

Any charges for the last night, like drinks, I just leave on the credit card.

We always pay our account off the day/night before in Cash or Traveler' Checks, too. Have found that cash is a lot easier/faster.:D
