24 hour cafe on Eclipse?

Hoping someone can help me out. On the Royal ships I've been on, there's a Cafe Promenade that's open 24 hours and hot water is always available.

 

I'd like to have a cabin closer to a place similar to this as I can easily run out and get hot water to heat up my baby's bottle.

 

Where can I find that on the Eclipse?

Hot water and coffee are available all night long in the buffet -- so you would want a stateroom in the midship to aft area, not forward.

Just to be clear: the buffet, where some of the self-serve beverage stations are open 24 hours, is called the Oceanview Cafe on deck 14 (lido deck)
