Sample SS Card - What does it mean?

I've gone online and found someone who posted photograph of their Sign and Sail card....and I wonder what all the information on there means!

Obviously on the Upper Right corner I see the name of the ship and what I would assume to be the sail date. But what's that tiny number beneath the sail date?

Under the carnival logo, I see the name (beginning with HOS), Dining area and time, Dining table assignment, Guest # and Folio #.

I understand (I think!) that the Folio # is the number you use to access a copy of your bill at any time through your cabin TV.

But what's the C4 just below the Folio #?

Though I found this information on Google Images and am not certain what site it was initially posted on, the person who posted it did not white out any information. I've taken the liberty of doing this to remove any information that may be considered confidential. The areas I'm questioning I've drawn white arrows to.

Thanks for any help! :)

PS - I've never uploaded pictures here so I'm hoping this works okay!

I just checked our S&S cards from our last cruise on the Dream. I have no idea what that number means. DW's number is one more than mine but they are not our folio numbers or our booking number. We prepaid our tips. Maybe it has something to do with that.

That little number is your guest number. It doen't mean anything to anyone but the bean counters in Miami. I'm guessing that if you ever saw a copy of the manafest all of your personal information would be linked to that number.

I have seen internal notes from guest services to the CD posted on John's blog and they will sometime reference that number so he can go into the computer and find out all your information.

I try and keep a S&S card handy for just this reason, it has your actual past guest number on it as well as the other info mentioned above.
