When would you say is the best night to make a reservation?

 

I am trying to avoid nights when we would miss out on something good in the dining room.....so probably not formal nights, right?

I would agree with your logic. We usually pick the night after the first formal night. Theother factor for us is what is happening that day (i.e. late day in port and have lots of plans).
