Oosterdam pool hours

Can anyone tell me when the larger pool on Oosterdam opens and closes and the best times for lap swimming?

It varies by day, what events are being held in the Lido area, and when maintenance is being done. Normal is about a 7 am opening, rarely before. It can close anyway from 7 to 10pm.

 

It is not a long pool at all, but have seen some lap swimmers.

Wow that was fast. Thank you. I'm travelling with a type 2 diabetic, who controls it with exercise and diet. Her exercise of choice is swimmming, so she will be pleased to hear this.

I forgot to say, given standard crowds, realistically the only time you will really be able to swim will be in the first couple of hours it is open, and the later hours. Otherwise there will probably be too many people for serious swimming. Again, it is a pretty small pool.
