We are curious if the "Master Chef Table" limited-seating dining experience is currently being offered on the Noordam. Anyd info or advice would be appreciated.

(I'm familiar with the dinner and don't need it explained. Just want to know if it is currently being offered on the Noordam.)

Thank you!

Unfortunately, yes. Om the last evening we had the napkin-waving dinner. Next time I'll book the Canaletto, Pinnacle or just go the Lido! I think it is silly.

i believe that op is talking about the new dinner that started on the nieuw amsterdam -- where you pay $79 for a special menu and appropriate pairings of wine

You are most welcome. We had delightful menu. I can't say for sure if your menu will be the same, but here is what we enjoyed during the evening.

Amuse

Pommes Tsarina

Mandarin Vodka

Passionfruit Bakes Shrimp on a bed of arugula salad

Erocia Riesling

Lobster Ravioli with infused lemon fennel cream

Blackstone Sauvignon Blanc

Poached Fig with Balsamic reduction

Veal Scallopini layered with red peppers and, avacado and camenbert cheese

Pommard, France

Chef's Tiramisu (best I have ever had)

Frangelico

Then we were taken to the Explorer's Lounge for brandy and cheese

It was truly a delightful evening.

LOL....Don't think the OP is talking about that dinner on the last night...Believe he wants to know about the special dinner offered in the Pinnacle for a charge which includes different wines appropriate for each course..

Cheers...:)Betty

Quite So.

I attended as Bev's guest and it was a lovely evening.

The chef prepared everything right then and there and explained the dishes as his assistant plated and served - and the wine pairings were explained by the Sommellier as well.

The seating is arranged as two tables for 10 - and the seating is pre-arranged - so you'll get to know your fellow diners as well.
