Jo and Rob Posted March 15, 2011 #1 Share Posted March 15, 2011 It has been suggested on another thread that Oceana doesn't have interactive TVs. What does that mean we can and can't find out on the TV please?
LEESRE Posted March 16, 2011 #2 Share Posted March 16, 2011 Quick answer to this is NO they are not interactive TV's. You can just watch television on them not get all the other details you can on Ventura and Azura.
feebee_71 Posted March 16, 2011 #3 Share Posted March 16, 2011 Hi Jo & Rob, There aren't interactive tv's on Oceana - in fact, they are only available on Ventura and Azura in the P&O fleet. By not having interactive tv's you can't view your onboard account in your cabin - but can get a copy at any time from reception. You can't order pay per view films or tv programmes (some free ones also available) - but there are 3 film channels and a number of other channels on the tv's anyway so there's still plenty of choice on offer. You cannot order room service items - but you can just lift the phone and speak to someone and order from the room service menu that is in the cabin folder. That's about it as far as I can remember from my time on Ventura. I am sure there are others who will come along and will add to this list if I have forgotten anything.
