Carnival Web Site very crazy tonight

I had a problem with my Fun Pass yesterday. It kept deleting my information after the person I'm sailing with entered theirs. Ended up having to call: 866.236.6693 and ask for assistance from someone in the Fun Pass Department. Took about 5 minutes for them to get everything squared away and now, I can edit at will. :)

Why won't it save what I have already put in it as I am trying to fill out my fun pass? I have put in some of the material several times!!!! I am about to pull my hair out.

 

Glad to know that I wasn't crazy. It saved everything except my answer to the "are you leaving your car @ pier" question. After 3 or 4 attempts I decided to sign out and will try again tomorrow! I just booked our cruise this evening so I was excited to complete funpass and print docs but guess not..

What is up with that question anyway? Just curious :)

It's not you. They have a programming glitch in the part asking you whether you're leaving a car at the pier. It'll take you into an endless loop. You need to call them, and they'll walk you through the work around.

 

I went through it two days ago. The rep told me it had been that way for a week. There's a way to get it to work, but I can't remember the exact steps and nobody would ever figure it out on their own. :rolleyes:

thank you. I'm completing fun passes for 5 people so I spent some time going back and forth and watching the status change from complete to incomplete to complete and back to incomplete. I will give them a call in the morning.
