Ended up having to call: 866.236.6693 and ask for assistance from someone in the Fun Pass Department. It saved everything except my answer to the "are you leaving your car @ pier" question. After 3 or 4 attempts I decided to sign out and will try again tomorrow! It'll take you into an endless loop. You need to call them, and they'll walk you through the work around. I went through it two days ago. The rep told me it had been that way for a week. I'm completing fun passes for 5 people so I spent some time going back and forth and watching the status change from complete to incomplete to complete and back to incomplete.
