Dolphin Encounter or Swim?

Here is my question...We can only book the Dolphin Encounter on the cruise ship. But, I want to do the Swim. Is it easy to book on the internet for the Swim? Also, is it easy to get from Ship to the Swim if we book the Swim?

 

Also, if I book with the Swim and something happens with our Ship (doesn't go to the port) How can we cancle the Swim?

The Ferry Terminal where they depart is a quick $8 + $1 toll (for 2pp) cab ride from the dock.

Hi kms,

I will be doing the swim in May. The company was very helpful and basically let me know we will be fine as we can travel with the other Navigator passengers who are going to the encounter. They will be going at the same time we are so we don't have to worry about missing the ship. I booked through email on their website.
