montego Bay Beach Break

We are to be on Carnival Conquest in Oct. and wondering if anyone has done the Montego Bay Beach Break through Island Marketing . If you have was it worth it and how was the place.

Do not know anything about that one but we did go to Sunset Beach last year. Just Google MoBay Jamaica For A Day. Not overly fancy AI resort but clean & nobody pushing to buy stuff.

My family was there last week and was not impressed. The slide (there is only one) needs repair. It is very rough going down. The food they ordered was not good at all. Friends from Canada commented the same thing. None of them went to the buffet, because most of them did not realize that was included. Maybe the food was better there. The pool was nice, but all in all the place is run down. Sorry to be negative, but we are going to suggest to Island Marketing that they take this off of their site. If you go, just don't expect too much.

We did make it to Sunset Beach in Oct. and really enjoyed it.We did not try the pool or the slide,just relaxed on the beach which was very good.We ate at the buffett and there was a very good assortment of different foods and salads and it was very good.We really enjoyed our stay there.It might not be a Sandals resort but was we thought very nice.
