Boogie Boards ?

I could have missed them but I don't recall ever seeing any boogie boards and don't think Horseshoe rents them. Rentals of any toys can only be found at a few beaches. Snorkel Park has things to rent and if they would have boogie boards, I don't think you would get any ride there.

DH loves to body surf and only once was he ever to get any good rides at Horseshoe Bay. The surf has never seemed to have the nice long waves to ride. IMO, it's not worth taking a boogie board along but if you want to, that's up to you. Buses can be crowded and cramped.;)

Elbow Beach had big waves when we were there a few years ago and I could see a boogie board being used there.

Like I said, I could have missed seeing any and I guess I did.;) More often then not, the waves were always too calm to do anything but float. Then when it was more active, there were rip tide warnings. It's hit or miss and except for that one time, it was always miss on numerous times.
