Spirit Class Balcony Dilemma

Ok. after much searching and comparing we booked 6230 and will keep an eye out daily for 7258 or 8232 (which I would really prefer)

for an extended balcony

for a standard balcony

I guess for the added space it was well worth the $200. more

thank you cdamion, i guess i probably wouldn't spend much time looking straight down, and looking out wouldn't see them so that should be fine.thanks again

Don't forget to watch 6232 as well! And the one on deck 5 also has the really long balcony, just not as deep (but you'll have lifeboats coming up to floor level).

Good luck!:)

I cant book 6232 since there is only two of us. Its a cabin for 4 people.

@Sargent_Schultz, thanks for the photos and the links! Those help a lot.

The link you posted:

with the entire deck plan was great!

I know they are sister ships, but is it possible to get this same one-page PDF for the Pride? I tried altering the URL using normal naming conventions but it didn't work.

Thanks!

my next question is regarding deck 4- main deck.

Will we get wet from the sea spray while at sea???

Probably not unless you have rough seas. But with that said, I've been on deck 8 in rough seas and our balcony was soaked on the Pride.

I think any unobstructed spirit class balcony is great. 7258 is the best, but since it's gone......:p My dh who doesn't get excited about anything cruise-like walked out on that balcony and almost screamed it was so big.

I do also like the regular extended. Much more room out there to walk around without climbing over the other person or banging your knees on the glass.

I've never found being above the lifeboats an issue - once you see the perspective from above it really blocks very little of the view of the water.

I'm not letting it go on 1/1. :-)

I really like those one-page deck plans, too! Here is the link for the Pride Deck Plans:

Does anyone know how I can get a one page deck plan for the Carnival Miracle? My eyesight isn't like it used to be so using this format I'm able to zoom to see it.

Thank you.

Hi JoAnn ... here is the link for the Miracle Deck Plan:
