Showers in fitness center? Freedom

Going on my first cruise on the Freedom on April 23! :D

 

Does the fitness center have showers, or do we have to go back to our rooms to shower afterwards? What about steamroom or sauna?

some in crowded quad cabins come and use the showers, because they are larger than the ones in the cabin and quite nice and saves time if more than one person needs to shower at the same time.
