Hi all

 

I notice on my last paper work from Princess,

 

it says Princess Cruises a trading name of Carnival PLC,

 

I always thought Princess was a company,

Shogun, Princess is owned by Carnival and so is Holland American in the US.

While Carnival is the Parent company and a plc I still thought

 

Princess was a company and not a trading name.

It is incorrect to just say they are owned by Carnival in which a lot of people would then assume Carnival Cruise Line.

Carnival Corporation and Carnival plc stocks are currently traded on the London Stock Exchange (LSE: CCL) and the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: CUK and NYSE: CCL)
