Soda Card (Paid)/Poor Service

This is sad to hear we are coming back to Carnival after about a 3 year LOA have been over on RCI no reason in particular , my wife is HUGE soda drinker and they are so easy on RCI they always bring her sodas at request at dinner , shows , any bar poolside. she never has a problem our last ship even had a self service fountain in the windjammer for soda card people so anytime she had her refillable cup she stopped by and filled it up. I am not saying this is a deal breaker but if she got lousy soda service we would think twice on who to book with if it came down to about the same price and itinerary.

 

Does Carnival have a refillalbe cup ? I seem to recall we had to purchase one extra , as RCI gave it to you when you purchased the card.

With two of you in line, it certainly sounds like one could have remained in line and the other gone to get their soda. It would have been a lot quicker and less frustrating. I'm just saying...
