Early disembarking

I'm looking into a cruise that returns to Fort Lauderdale at 7:00 am and found a flight that leaves Fort Lauderdale at 11:30 am.

Would regular disembarking allow me to get to the airport in time?

What about self-embarking? what time would that get me off of the ship and through customs?

I also see that Concierge class offers early disembarking. How does that work?

You would be fine with the regular disembarking at FLL, because the airport is so very close to the port. Self - disembarking usually starts around 7:30 or so, you would most likely be at the airport before 9. Remember that you have to cart your own luggage off the ship, no help from porters, etc., so that might be a factor. Cabs are easily obtainable and it's about a ten minute drive.
