Hello to all,

 

I know the Diamond Plus onboard booklet has a coupon for tux rental. Seen it many times but never really paid much attention to it since we never used it. We are now thinking of possibly renting one this summer to pack one less thing for my father. Less clothing the better.... so, Do any of you guys know what the actual coupon is for? Is it free rental? Is it a % off the rental? Is it only for certain pieces (jacket & slacks) & you pay for the rest? Any information on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It's a % off the rental. I think the diamond book was 15%. The diamond plus should be more, maybe 20%.

 

I forgot about the coupon on my last cruise and the tailor actually came to my cabin and asked for it before they put the charge through.

Ok great thanks...next question then. How much would a tux cost to rent on a 13 night cruise? Is it for the whole week or can we rent it for just one formal night?

It's for the whole cruise. Something like $89 or $99. They pick it up the following morning after the last formal night.

It is a $89 or $99 charge (depends on which pacjage you pick) for all cruises 6 day plus cruises.

Does anybody know what the difference is between the 2 packages? How can you rent a tux and chooose a package? Wouldn't you rent the whole tux & not 'pieces' if you were renting? Can someone elaborate in this tux rental at sea. Thanks.
