Celebrity Cancun Day Trip ?

Hi everyone,

We have been to Cozumel a number of times and always were wondering what Cancun is like ? We have been wanting to do a week there some time and thought this would give us an chance to check it out and see if it is a place that we would like ? Has any one done this trip ? I realize that it is a lot of traveling from Cozumel, but is it worth it ? Thanks,

It sure wouldn't be worth it for me. If you are serious about planning a trip to Cancun and just HAVE to make a scouting trip there to see, then it might be worth it to you.

 

For me, when I'm in Cozumel, I try to spend all my time there underwater;)

Nope, not worth it. With all the wonderful choices in Cozumel, I would make the most of your time on the island and not waste a second going elsewhere!

It's that weird. I really enjoyed the tour! I had never really seen Cancun before and that day I got a good education about the history of the island, saw some beautiful sites there, got to hang out on the beach and do some shopping. I thought it was fun. The ferry ride is approx. 30-45 mintues to get to Playa and then the motor coach ride is approx. 45 minutes to get to the first stop in Cancun.
