Deck Plans on website not working

I tried last week and I tried today, I can't get the deck plans to show on the Carnival website--just not working. I thought maybe it was my ship, but I tried another ship and it doesn't work. I see no deck but the deck 4 Riviera is listed in the little box with a down button for a drop down box to access the other decks, but when I click on it---nothing. Anyone else having this problem?

Last week. It's been fine so far this week. They are working on a new interactive deck plan so maybe..they are loading some of those on the website..Wishful thinking! The one I saw was awesome:p

i haven't seen it work on the carnival site for at least a month!

I use cruisedeckplans.com and it always works.

The CCL website is, in a word, garbage.

 

Try viewing the deckplan page in "Compatibility Mode." Occasionally that will solve the problem.

Thanks!!! These sites are great, just what I needed. I agree the CCL website is horrible. You guys are the best, however, so thank you again.

If you are using IE, be sure to set it to run in Compatability Mode - that worked for me! (I even sent a note to Carnival's technical team)
