Best active excursion?

I'm thinking about surprising DH with a fun excursion in St. Martin but I'm not sure what to book. He would love to go scuba diving, neither of us are certified but he's been once and we've both taken an intro class. I was also looking at the zip line farm or maybe a kayaking/snorkeling trip. I'm really in need of not only suggestions but also tour companies.

Try Octopus Diving in Grand Case. They dive at Creole Rock which is the best snorkeling/diving spot that I know of on the island.

I would question a "zipline farm". I've heard bad reviews of zipline tours on other islands.

Snorkeling on the Golden Eagle Catamaran. We've done this several times !!

Great excursion.

Here's a huge second for the America's Cup Yacht Race. It is cetainly active (or as active as one choses to be) and extremely exhilerating. Go for it!!!!!!!!!!!!

While I agree that ACR is a great excursion, you cna only book it through the ship and it is expensive and you're subject to the times arranged by the ship. If Octopus Diving doesn't work ( and you'll need to think about cab fare to and from Phillipsburg as well as boat and equipment rental fees), look into Tri-Sports out of Simpson Bay for active adventures snorkeling or kayaking.

A third vote for the America's Cup. Great experience!

We did it last year and have it booked again for upcoming cruise in June. I think the price is $75 thru Carnival.

Only last a couple hours, so leaves time for shopping or beach time.
