Covered balconies??

Are balconies on deck 7 of the Glory, covered balconies, so you can't see below, and the people above can't see you!?

On the sides of the ship yes they are covered.. you will only see your neighbours if you are hanging out over the balcony

Yes, they are. The Verandah Deck is directly above the Empress deck (Deck 7). Seeing down to the cabin below is difficult, at best.

However, it's quite easy for your next door neighbor to look around the partition onto your balcony.

I am wondering if the Ocean Suites on deck 6, on the Carnival Spirit have fully covered balconies, looking specifically at cabins 6157 and 6163. Thanks.

Yep... they certainly are covered. Directly above those two cabins are cabins 7161, 7165 and 7167 of the Verandah Deck...
