Is Dial 7 still recommended by people on this board? What is the connection between Tel Aviv and Dial 7 and are they the same or two different car services?

I have made arrangements with Dial 7 to go from the NJ cruise terminal to JFK but have been recently reading mixed reviews and just wanting to know if they still are a reputable company.

I used Carmel for years and had about five bad experiences with them so I switched to Dial 7 and have been very pleased.
