Does Early Saver work with Resident Rates?

So, if I sail on Monday, is today the last day I can submit the Early Saver Form, since it says "Carnival will honor it, issuing the difference in the form of a non-refundable, non-transferable onboard credit. The policy is effective up to two business days prior to sailing."???

It's kind of hit or miss. They garentee nothing after two BUSINESS days before sail. But I have sent in ES forms on saturday and had them processed that same day, so it's worth a shot. Worse thing they can do is decline it!
