Ray and I (Greg) will be arriving in Rome on the 27th. Looking forward to the cruise and will see you on board!

Wishing everyone a safe trip from your hometown to Rome - with a little less than three weeks from sailing we are loking forward to the three days in Rome before sailing on the 29th.

Arriving FCO on August 28th and staying in Rome on Via Veneto that night. Taking the Eurostar at 1200 from Rome Termini to Civitavecchia, arriving at 1300...where I am told we should be able to walk to the cruise port (anyone have experience with this port?) Arranging a private transfer from ship to FCO on September 9th (I'm airline staff, so travel stand-by...)

We've done the walk from train station to port a few times now. No problems (15-20 minutes). We arrive the morning of cruise about 10am so plenty of time to get to the ship. hope to meet all of you on board.
