Mini boat excursion or trunk bay

Good Morning all. I am deciding between the

Mini Boat Adventure excursion and the St. John

Trunk Bay Beach and Snorkel. We love boats, swimming, and snorkling. Has anyone done either of these excursions ? Would you recommend ?
