Voyager Stateroom Questions

Thinking about booking the 3/31/12 cruise out of New Orleans on the Voyager and will be traveling with 2 adults and 2 kids. RC indicates that 6202 or 6502 are available for Oceanview rooms (with the pull out couch for the second bed). They are forward. Does anyone have experience with these rooms? Any other advice re: Voyager? Thanks!

Those are nice, big oceanview cabins. They won't be LARGE or SPACIOUS but they will be adequate. (and they are the same) Are your kids okay with sharing a sofabed?

 

I don't suppose that you are willing to spend an additional $900? There are some mighty fine aft JS cabins available!

How old are your kids?

 

You can spend just $240 more and get side-by-side (but not connecting) category Q inside cabins. Two cabins, two TVs, two BATHROOMS.

Merin Mom - Thanks for the advice. Very interesting re: the 2 rooms. How does the pricing work on those? The girls are 9 and 6 and on the recent Radiance cruise they slept in the big bed with DW! She loved that! So I got the sofabed to myself and loved that! Haha! We are gold so I dont think I qualify for the balcony discount and prob cant any advantageous combo during the WOW sale. We kicked around the superior oceanview and I am aware of how great the aft balconys are. Not sure if I can justify an addl $900 though.

Sounds to me like two Q cabins during the WOW sale on Tuesday will net you $200 in OBC! I'd do that if I were you, but it's just a suggestion, of course!
