If two or more people each have the Amsterdam Card, do all of the restaurants on it honor the "free" or 25% discount when two or more card holders dine together? If there are any who restrict the use when multiple holders are present, who are they so we can go elsewhere?

It will depend on the restaurant, so better check before ordering.

Officially the participating restaurants will give the discount to the holders only, but maybe they are willing to do this to the others too.

In that case it shouldnot be a problem if this is within the conditions of the card/restaurant.
