Smoking onboard (especially the Star)

Is smoking allowed onboard the NCL ships (especially the Star)? If so, on what parts of the ship? I really don't like to smell cigarette smoke and I'd like to avoid places where people are trying to kill my lungs.

Regarding the Star:

 

Just about every bar has a smoking side and a non smoking side. The casino is pretty much a smoking zone...

 

The Stardust lounge, most public places (like library, cinema, etc) and all restaurants are SMOKE FREE.
