We are interested in booking the Speciality Restaurants but wish to avoid clash with 1st Formal Night at least.

It seems that they are at "at sea" days from what I've been told.

Yes they usually try to put them on sea days, not always though, it depends on the itinerary.

Thanks for the replies, we anticipated the sea days due to tight schedules for excursions and perhaps the time required to get ready...Husband`s will understand what I mean I am sure....

Yes, we are just back this week and they were both on at sea days.
