ken85121 Posted May 20, 2011 #1 Share Posted May 20, 2011 Not sure how this works so I'm hoping someone can help. I read on the boards here that your "points" can be carried over from previous NCL cruises for up to 18 months. I was just on the Gem last month and requested my point balance be rolled over form my previous 2 cruises that I had taken within the past year. Although I didn't recall my balance, it seemed like they credited me with very few points. At the time I really didn't care so I just left it alone. However on that cruise I spent a lot of money. Mucho money (don't ask...I sort of got carried away). I'm now going on the Sky in two weeks and want to make sure my balance carries over. When I board, there will be 3 cruises I have been on within the past year on NCL. Do I just ask them to get the balance at the casino desk like last time or is there some other thing I need to do? che5904 Posted May 20, 2011 #2 Share Posted May 20, 2011 If you did not settle your casino account on the last night of your cruise. Did your casino host not automatically add your "casino seabucks-comps" to your onboard account as a credit? Our casino host informed us at our welcome aboard cocktail party that if we had more than 2500 points and were past CAS that she would automatically do this. slotaddict Posted May 20, 2011 #3 Share Posted May 20, 2011 They all don't do that... If they were rolled over to your account on the last ship you were on all you should have to do is give the casino staff the name of the last ship.
retiredonthesea Posted May 20, 2011 #4 Share Posted May 20, 2011 If we roll over our casino comp pts to the next cruise I always get a statement or a business card with the pts we accrued and have the casino host sign it--than bring that along with me on the next cruise. Just incase there are any questions I have a little back up to work with.

I never thought of that...good idea...I had quite a few points on the Epic but didn;t cash them in and the casino host did not do it automatically...I do have a concern that my husband and I are credited the proper amount of points...thanks for the tip.... It is odd how NCL does it I guess. Is a casino host the person at the desk?
