Luggage Questions

I just got back from a trip and used TSA locks. For the most part, they worked fine. The only trouble I had was the hard Pelican camera case I take for my underwater video and digital cameras. I put two TSA locks on it, and the airline gorillas broke both of them each time...not the TSA people, just the baggage handlers. I actually watched the baggage guy drop my case when trying to load it on the plane from at least 6 feet high. Luckily, no damage to my cameras, but still. TSA opened it each time I checked it (looks like it probably has a nuke in it), as well as my bag full of dive gear.
